Our Mission
People are the heartbeat of every great company. Yet finding the right people remains one of business’s most painful, slow, and biased processes. Candidates drown in applications and silence. Companies sift through endless resumes, only to lose great hires to a broken system.
We’ve lived through this frustration- on both sides. As a candidate, I remember applying to numerous jobs, attending repetitive interviews, and rarely getting meaningful feedback. As a hiring manager, I have personally spent countless hours screening thousands of resumes, interviewing multiple applicants each day, and lost promising candidates who vanished at the last minute. The worst part of this whole process was the lack of clear, objective criteria for choosing one person over another.
But does hiring still have to be like this?
At FOMOGO, we are rebuilding hiring for the “10-minute era”—not by replacing humans with AI, but by cutting the noise so people can connect faster, smarter, and more fairly.
How?
We’re creating a centralized platform that uses AI to screen and vet candidates by assessing their backgrounds and skills objectively. Companies can seamlessly tap into this vetted talent pool, filter for exactly what they need, and then choose to conduct additional assessments or even extend offers on the spot based on the insights we provide.
Candidates, on the other hand, only need to interview once to become visible to multiple opportunities. No more going through dozens of nearly identical interview processes to no avail. Companies can focus on a narrowed list of top-tier candidates, speeding up decisions and reducing the overall hiring headache.
Will this truly take just 10 minutes? We don’t know yet. But we’re determined to find out.
So what is our mission?
Is it to make hiring fast, unbiased, and efficient? Is it to revolutionize the job market?
Well, yes and no. Our bigger goal is to help people learn and grow, faster. However, to do that, we first need to understand what we know, what we don’t, and how skilled we are at the things that matter. That’s what hiring does: it uncovers gaps in what companies need and what candidates can provide.
By helping companies and candidates through meritocratic, transparent, and objective hiring, we’ll be able to apply the same technology and insights to broader growth opportunities for everyone.
