This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the conditions under which FOMOGO TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("we," "us," "our") processes refunds relating to services provided on the Platform.

Applicability
For Candidates
- This Policy applies to your purchase of credits for mock interviews or other services offered via the Platform.
For Companies
- Currently, we do not charge Companies for accessing the Platform or posting jobs.
Refund Conditions for Candidates
Unused Credits
- If you have purchased credits but have not used any of them, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must include proof of purchase (e.g., transaction ID, payment receipt).
Partial Use of Credits
- If you have partially used your credits, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused credits.
- Pro-rated refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of unused credits at the time of the refund request.
Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- The actual receipt of the refunded amount may take additional time depending on your financial institution and payment method.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Credits were used in violation of our Terms and Conditions
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the Platform
- The refund request is made after the 14-day period
- The credits have been fully utilized
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Purchase date
- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Number of unused credits
- Reason for the refund request
- You will receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours
- A decision regarding your refund request will be communicated within 2 business days
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- You can appeal the decision by responding to our decision email within 7 days
- Include any additional information or documentation supporting your appeal
- Appeals will be reviewed within 5 business days
- The decision after appeal will be final
General Provisions
Currency
- All refunds will be processed in the original transaction currency
- Any currency conversion charges or losses due to exchange rate fluctuations will be borne by the user
Documentation
- We may require additional documentation to process your refund
- Failure to provide requested documentation may result in refund denial
Changes to the Policy
- We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time
- Any changes will be posted on the Platform
- Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes
